Welcome to Carryzo, the car and bike transportation company that provides door to door services anywhere in India. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Services
We offer interstate transport of vehicles using big trucks. The first mile pick up and last mile delivery is done by drivers. We take care of your vehicles and ensure their safe and timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, accidents, strikes, riots, or acts of God.
Booking and Payment
You can book our services online through our website or by calling us at our phone number. You will need to provide us with the following information:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address

The make, model, year, and registration number of your vehicle

The pick up and drop off locations and dates

The preferred mode of payment (cash, card, or online)
We will confirm your booking and send you an invoice with the details of your service and the total amount to be paid. You will need to pay 50% of the amount as advance and the remaining 50% upon delivery of your vehicle. You can pay by cash, card, or online through our secure payment gateway. You will also receive a receipt and a tracking number for your vehicle.
Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled pickup date. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

If you cancel more than 7 days before the pick up date, you will be refunded the full amount minus a 10% service charge.

If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the pick up date, you will be refunded 50% of the amount minus a 10% service charge.

If you cancel less than 3 days before the pick up date, you will not be refunded any amount.
You can also reschedule your booking at no extra cost, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 3 days before the pick-up date.
Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured and licensed to operate as a car and bike transportation company in India. We have a comprehensive insurance policy that covers your vehicle against any loss or damage during transit, up to a maximum of Rs 3 lakhs. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs due to the following reasons:

Your vehicle is not in a roadworthy condition or has any mechanical or electrical faults.

Your vehicle has any personal or valuable items inside it.

Your vehicle has any modifications or alterations that are not disclosed to us.

Your vehicle is involved in any illegal or unlawful activities.

Your vehicle is seized or confiscated by any authority for any reason.
You can gain insurance coverage for your vehicle transportation by subscribing to the insurance services while opting for a transportation service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a good condition and has all the necessary documents, such as registration certificate, insurance certificate, pollution certificate, and tax receipt. You are also responsible for removing any personal or valuable items from your vehicle before handing it over to us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to such items.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaints or issues with our services, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to resolve them amicably. However, if we are unable to do so, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
